SpectrumGreen™ is a fluorophore from Vysis with an excitation peak at 497 nm and an emission peak at 524 nm. The Vysis Spectrum family of fluorophores are designed for use in nucleotide labeling and FISH (Fluorescence In Situ Hydbridization) probes.
