About eFluor 455UV Fix Viability

eFluor™ 455UV Fixable Viability is an amine-reactive dye that can be used to discriminate between live and dead cells in flow cytometry. It is compatible with further cryopreservation, fixation or permeabilization. It has an excitaiton peak at 345 nm and an emission peak at 455 nm.
