About mFluor Blue 570

mFluor™ Blue 570 from AAT Bioquest has excitation peaks at both the 488 and 561 nm laser lines with an emission peak at 565. It is a unique spectrum useful for spectral flow cytometry applications. The closest equivalents in size, spectral distribution and application are Spark YG™ 570 (Biolegend) and Alexa Fluor™ 555 (Thermo Fisher).
