XFD647 from AAT Bioquest has an excitation peak at 650 nm and an emission peak at 671 nm and is similar in size, brightness and application to Alexa Fluor™ 647 (ThermoFisher Scientific), Vio R667 (Miltenyi) and CF®647 (Biotium). It is commonly used in flow cytometry and fluorescence microscopy applications.
