About Oxazole Blue

Oxazole Blue (PO-PRO-1) is a cell-impermeant, fluorogenic intercalating nucleic acid stain. Oxazole Blue has an excitation peak at 434 nm and an emission peak at 457 nm. It is commonly used as a dead and apoptotic cell stain in the following applications: Fluorescence Microscopy and Flow Cytometry.
