About Rhod-2 (Ca2+ bound)

Rhod-2, AM is a cell-permeant calcium indicator used in fluorescence microscopy. It is dim when unbound and increases with intensity upon binding calcium. It has an excitation peak at 549 nm and an emission peak at 574 nm.
